Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout from the weight of your order, and you see the exact charge before you pay.

When an order includes anything that needs a truck, the whole order ships together on one pallet — smaller items add weight, not a second shipment.
Everything ships from our Kentucky warehouse, and miles are measured from there to your state — so a system costs less to ship to Tennessee than to California.

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers for larger items. Tracking information is provided via email once your order ships.

We do not ship internationally at this time.
Large Item Delivery
Condensers and complete systems ship by truck freight. Residential delivery and a liftgate are included in the freight rate above — the driver lowers the pallet to the ground at your address. Inspect it before signing, and note any damage on the delivery receipt.
